STORY

Hedda Nilsson (Janet Gaynor), daughter of a Swedish financier (Walter Connolly), is to be married to Karl Berghoff (G. P. Huntley Jr.) until she finds out that her father has lost all of his money.  The two young people decide to save up by working for three months, Hedda as a maid and Karl as a butler. As a maid, Hedda meets Eric Landstrom (Lew Ayres), a chauffeur.  The two unexpectedly fall in love, but Janet must stay true to Karl. (FLF)
